애플 아이폰 어플 환불받기~

아이튠즈에 로그인을 합니다.

로그인후 오른쪽상단에 로그인 아이디에 마우스를 올리면 
아이디 오른쪽에 화살표가 생기게 됩니다.

화살표를 클릭하면 그림과 같이 여러가지 탭이 열리게 되는데요.
그중에 Account를 클릭합니다.
그중에서 가운데 있는 Purchase History를 클릭해 줍니다.

아래의 그림과 같은 페이지가 열리게 되면 Next를 클릭해서 환불 받을 어플이 있는 페이지를 찾습니다.

어플이 발견 되면 왼쪽 화표를 클릭해 줍니다.
화살표를 클릭하게 되면 아래과 같이 화면이 바뀌게 됩니다.
여기에서 환불 받고자 하는 어플이 보이면 Report a Problem를 클릭해 줍니다.

클릭하게 되면 아래와 같이  Report a Problem이 화면에 생기게 되는걸 확인 할수 있습니다.

위에서 보는것과 같이 환불받고자 하는 어플 오른쪽에 있는  Report a Problem를 클릭해 줍니다.
그럼 아래와 같은 화면이 나오게 됩니다.

위화면에서 먼저 문제가 무엇인지 선택을한후 자세한 내용을 아래부분에 영작해서 써주시면 됩니다

i bought this application but for some reason i was not able to download safely on to my device so i just decided to buy another related application instead. so, i would like a refund on this application. thank you.
(이 어플을 구매하였지만 무슨 이유인지 내 장비에 온전히 다운을 받을 수 없었다. 그래서 나는 이 어플 대신 다른 비슷한 어플을 구매하기로 마음을 먹었으니 환불 조치를 부탁드린다.)

I bought this application by such a mistake. this is my first time dealing with touch-screen phones so  i am not used to using it yet... my thumb just touched the wrong spot twice in a row and i really mean it. i am sorry for my mistake and please give me a refund on this application.

(이 어플리케이션은 내가 생각했던것 처럼 작동하지 않는다.)

I bought this application for use of my own personal convenience but it is not working as i expected. i want to buy another similar application instead so i would like a refund on this application. thank you.

I thought this application was totally compatible with my device since i bought it from the app-store but for some reason it's not working. i just want a refund for this application. thank you.
